After the first week, you may use only one cup (8 oz) of boiling water per tea bag. Enjoy this tea hot or cold. Flavor of the tea may be accommodated to the individual's taste, by steeping for a shorter time.

Use about every 2 months, and for no more than 10 days at a time.
