This organic, whole grain hot cereal is sure to bring you right back to that comforting, warm feeling you used to enjoy when you were small enough to swing your feet at the kitchen table. Enjoy!

Stovetop

1. Bring 1 cup of water/milk/dairy substitute to a boil over medium-HIGH heat in a saucepan.
2. Once a full boil is reached, empty the contents of ONE pouch into saucepan.
3. Stir constantly for 1½ to 2 minutes until thickened.
4. Remove from heat. Note: product will be hot, use caution.
5. Empty into a serving bowl and enjoy.

Microwave

1. Add contents of pouch into a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add 1 cup cold water.
3. Stir until uniform.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
5. Using a pot holder to avoid steam burns, remove bowl from microwave and stir until uniform.
6. Return bowl to microwave, heat an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
7. Remove from the microwave using pot holder, stir one last time and enjoy.
